The NAME Institute application is an educational and institutional management application that allows authorized students, parents/guardians, teachers, staff, and administrators to access academic and institutional information and services.

  • Display academic and institutional information

  • Manage attendance and academic activities

  • Provide assignments, examinations, results, and related services

5. Role-Based Access

Access to information is controlled according to the user's role and permissions.

Children may also use the application with an account provided or authorized through the institution.

SolveeTech Solutions does not sell personal information and does not share user information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

  • Operate technical infrastructure and notification services

  • Maintain security and application functionality

  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

  • Respond to legitimate requests from authorized users or the institution

Access to institutional information is primarily controlled through NAME Institute's authorized users and role-based permissions.

8. Data Storage and Security

Application and institutional data are hosted and backed up in Nepal.

SolveeTech Solutions uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to support the security of application data and protect it against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or loss.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential and should notify the institution if they believe their account has been compromised.

9. Data Retention

Institutional and academic records may be retained for the lifetime of the institutional relationship or for as long as they are required to provide NAME Institute's services and maintain institutional records.

Technical server logs are generally retained for approximately 30 days.

Other information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including security, operational, legal, and institutional requirements.
